Neil is the owner of Buchanan Contracting Incorporated. After working in underground utilities for several years, he founded BCI with the intention of being the complete solution for clients with underground utility projects.
Chief Operations Officer
Christina has many years of experience working with various engineering firms and oversees daily operations in and out of the field at BCI.
Jeremy has a degree in Applied Science, over 15 years experience in underground utilities, and more than 10 years in hydro excavation and utility locating.
Colton is a senior member of our CCTV Inspection division and has several years of experience in storm and sanitary sewer inspection. He manages our CCTV Inspection operations with Tyler Foley.
Tyler is well-versed in business management and has many years of experience performing storm and sanitary sewer inspections. He manages our CCTV Inspection operations alongside Colton Elkins.
Chris has over a decade of experience working with asphalt and concrete. He lead his own property management business before coming to BCI.
Brennix has a great deal of experience operating a variety of hydro-excavation equipment. He leads our Hydro Excavation division.
Mikey is well-established in excavation, construction, and managing site development. He is the head of our construction division.
Chief Financial Officer
Greg is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Business. He is vital to maintaining smooth operations at BCI and a favorite around the office.
Human Resources Director
Debra maintains internal and external relations at BCI. She develops and supports internal structures and maintains efficient operations inside and outside the office.
Drake develops and implements the health and safety programs at BCI. He hosts weekly safety meetings with each division, and maintains operational safety through routine on-site audits.
Todd supervises and assists operators in the hydro-excavation division. He directly oversees job sites and coordinates with project managers and contractors.
Kim is often the first point of contact in the office. She has several years of experience in business administration and maintains daily operations at BCI.
